Today's PUMPs & dumpS

Caduceus Software Systems Uses A Placebo To Try And Cure Their Sick Stock

Another entry into the medical records management software industry is pumping their stock on the perception that doctors receiving their free trial software will have the urge to purchase it.  Caduceus Software Systems (CSOC) has reported that it is going to offer it's record management software on a free trial basis to 1,000 members of the United Kingdom medical community.  CSOC "anticipates that 25 - 30% of the customers participating in the free trial will then purchase the full blown version.  We are not sure where the company is getting the 25 - 30% figure because we think it will be higher.  Once the software
is installed and the users have been trained to operate it and assuming the software works, we think that offices who have tested it are more likely to keep it.  Where we think the caveat lies is in finding 1000 offices to try it.  We say it isn't going to happen.  Not even close.

CSOC is not a reputable software company that is likely to gain the confidence of medical practitioners.  We are not saying that they have done anything wrong, other than run a pump and dump scheme, but there are many other bigger players in this industry with far better credentials and more than the $954 that CSOC has in the bank.  We're also curious as to how the company lost $5 million in the last reported quarter, while recording no assets (not even the software?).  The $5 million loss would absorb any profits from the  £1,250,000 to £7,500,000 in revenues that CSOC says they "could" realize from the free trial retentions.

CSOC issued a press release in October in which they effectively admit that they are broke and yet still carry a $15 million market cap.  Then they have the huevos (look it up) to carry out a PnD scheme.  That takes chutzpah (also look it up), but at least they are above board when they say, "we have no intrinsic value but we would still like you to buy our stock".  Pass.

TOLD YOU SO

The Rhino Human Resources (IFHR) Pump & Dump is over, thanks to us, and while some lost money in the scheme, we believe we have saved countless others from losses.  Twin touts XtremePicks.com and OurHotStockPicks.com were pounding the table on this empty shell, baselessly claiming an imminent reverse takeover and a huge short position.  We said that neither were true and argued that there was no basis for the claim of a short position.  We were right of course as FINRA's October 14th short report, released on October 25 showed, that the short position was only 14,785 shares.  The IFHR share price has since plummeted and the twin touts are left to explain the collapse of this criminal manipulation in which some have lost as much as 75% of their investment.
