Today's PUMPs & dumpS

Searchlight Solutions Searches For More Suckers
also:  Genco PnD Proves That Touts Have No Ethics

Insiders of habitual Pump & Dump subject Searchlight Solutions (SLLN) continue with their extended campaign to divest themselves of stock.  The current campaign started on July 14 when the stock was trading at a high of 19 one hundredths of a penny, after reaching a high of 24/100 of a penny the week before.  Volume has been somewhat steady with the exception of a few spikes during the now two month old campaign. Over this time, the share price has nosedived to 4/100 of a penny. giving some bag holders a stunning loss of 83%.  Now the touts expect to be able to add to the number of suckers willing to take it on the chin and we fear that they will be successful.  We promise that there will be further losses.  There is another 4 billion shares of SLLN waiting to mature and be dumped into the market and we will bet that a reverse split is forthcoming once that happens.

One of the more peculiar issues being touted today is Genco Corporation (GNCC).  This reinvented company, which was dormant for 3 years, looks like it was designed specifically for a Pump & Dump. A little look-see into this deal proves up the fact that for a few bucks, these soulless touts will pimp the stock of just about anything.

According to their recently updated financials, GNCC has zero cash and assets, and $200K in debt, any yet claims to have 17 years of experience in the real estate and management business.  Huh?  17 years and no money?  That's a heck of a management team. The company plans to use this lack of cash and assets to "acquire and improve commercial properties...".  No explanation is proffered as to how they are going to pull that rabbit out of a hat.  Nor do they explain the sentence, "Genco primarily owns real estate that we net lease to tenants."  Does that real estate have zero value, because according to their own financials, they have zero assets.  GNCC does seem to attach its name to the recently converted Rosebowl Amphitheatre in the thriving metropolis of Winona, TX (population 50,000), but there is no indication of what, if any, relationship exists between this venue and GNCC.  Nor is there any indication as to how GNCC will profit from any such relationship or why it should justify a current market cap of $5 million.  Especially since no events are listed as scheduled on the venue's website.

GNCC has scheme written all over it.

Fitt Highway (FHWY) enters the Pump & Dump world with zero cash and almost $4.5 million in liabilities.  The latest entry into the energy drink market, reports zero sales to date and yet boasts a $5 million market cap.  We'll remind investors of the lack of success of Cuba Beverage Company (CUBV) (see our advisory which warned readers to stay away) among several other Pump & Dump subjects in this industry and beg them to stay away from the losses which are obviously staring them in the face.
