Today's PUMPs & dumpS

Will Global Health Voyager Make Investors Sick?

A sudden surge in the number of promoters hired to pimp a stock always gets our attention as it is the sure sign of a Pump & Dump.  In the last 2 days, no less than 11 touts have been paid piles of money to pump the crap out of a bad joke name Global Health Voyageur (GLHV).  This company with a market cap of $8 million company and a remarkable $5 million in debt looks like its in the health care business.  Ladies and gentlemen, it is a travel agency!  That's all!  GLHV will arrange your trip to Israel or Mexico or wherever to get your nose fixed, but we'd be surprised if it wasn't willing to book your trip to Disney World as well.

That $5 million in debt ain't going anywhere soon either. As of June 30 it had a goose egg in revenue.  That's zero, nil, nada, uh uh in revenue.  And we're guessing that this Pump & Dump campaign is out to beat the upcoming financials which will likely show the same numbers or lack thereof.

The travel agent business is finished.  There is relatively no money to be made in this era of competitive websites such as Priceline with its trademarked "Name Your Own Price" gimmick.  And airlines and hotels have cut commissions to the few remaining travel agents because of the fierce internet competition.  We're not sure where GLHV comes up with the $100 billion number it values its industry at, but we promise you that it isn't anything close to that.  In fact, we're so sure that this business is doomed to fail its shareholders, that we will take the unprecedented step of guaranteeing that share prices will return to the levels they were at a mere two months ago.

Another new Pump & Dump subject, EnviroXtract, Inc. (EVXA) has an astounding 46 billion shares outstanding, although about 2 billion of those are purportedly being cancelled.  The number is still awe inspiring when you consider that just 11 months ago, the company executed a 1 for 1000 reverse split, followed by another 1 for 500 reverse split 6 months ago, and yet another 1 for 1000 reverse split 5 months ago. This means that if you owned 500 million shares of EVXA a year ago, today you own one share.  And then there are also millions of preferred share convertible into billions of shares of common stock.  Wanna bet that there are more reverse splits to come?

According to the latest quarterly reports, which account for the period ending March 31, 2011, EVXA had revenues of $34,500 and losses of over $44K.  The company owes almost half a million dollars.  Certainly sounds like justification for an $18 million market cap, doesn't it?

We think that the PnD campaign on EVXA is an opportunity for insiders to cash in some chips prior to another horrible financial report and accompanying announcement of yet another reverse split.  We're not going to sugarcoat this. You would have to be insane to own this stock.
