Today's PUMPs & dumpS

When we first issued yesterday's special email with an advance warning of a Pump & Dump brewing on Max Media Group (MXMI), we pointed out that the name of the sponsor of the recent mailer was negligently omitted from the disclaimer.  In an attempt, to cover their tracks, the company has seen to adding "Fenway, LLC" to the disclaimer as the sponsor.  The problem is that we can't find a Fenway, LLC registered anywhere.  Perhaps somebody else can give it a try and we'll be happy to point it out.  After our investigation of the LLC, of course.  At any rate, we're glad we made an impact and are starting to make the perpetrators of these schemes, squirm.  That is our intention.

As we pointed out in yesterday's advance warning, an aggressive Pump & Dump campaign has just begun on Max Media Group (MXMI) including an illegal mailer being distributed by touts, spammers and direct mailers.  The producer of this mailer claims to have been paid $20,000 but originally did not identify the source of the income.  This is extremely illegal, as in the claim of a 700%+ increase in share price.

We've reported this to the SEC, together with original mailer, and it's anybody's guess as to whether they will take the same action they took on our last cooperative action, which resulted in a suspension on UTOG.  We suggest that you don't take a chance and avoid MXMI.

The Pump and Dump scheme on Adama Technologies (ADAC) is continuing and the emails from touters keep on coming.  Much like the panic we've created amongst the promoters on the MXMI message boards, there is quite the hullabaloo on the ADAC boards.  Not surprisingly, there is much overlap o promoters across both of these stocks' message boards.

The Bizrocket.com (BZRT) Pump and Dump is continuing aggressively, as it becomes obvious that our alerts have put a dent into that scheme's ability to pawn off insider stock onto the public.  New touters have been brought into the fray to see if his subscriber list can do any better than the Chartpopper's list.

On Thursday at 10am ET, we are releasing our much anticipated advisory on Forex International (FXIT).  We are going to detail several schemes that this same group that's runs FXIT has conducted on other deals which have resulted in multi-million dollar lawsuits being settled and millions of dollars in shareholder value lost.  The final due diligence is yet to be completed, but we are telling you now that these are bad people whose only goal is to separate you from your money.

Finally, we have be inundated this week with a series of emails, most of which thanked us, sometimes profusely, for our efforts to, as one subscriber put it, "level the playing field".  Our subscriber list is now growing at the rate of 50 - 100 per day as word of mouth is getting out and posters are alerting their fellow investors about the information we provide.  We can't do this alone, so we encourage those of you who seek justice in the microcap market to continue doing just that by posting on the message boards, forwarding our emails to your friends and letting everyone know that we are here to try and make everyone play fair.  Together, maybe we can put an end to the schemes which take advantage of seniors and other unsuspecting investors.

The Pumpers are busy as we have a full slate of scams going on right now.
